How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your FKD CONNECT account and associated personal data, you may do so using one of the following methods:

Option 1 – In-App Deletion (If Enabled)

1. Log into FKD CONNECT.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Select “Delete Account”.

4. Confirm deletion.

Option 2 – Email Request

Send an email to:

Include:

• Your registered email address

• Your username (if applicable)

• Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”

We may verify your identity before processing the request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Account profile information

• Name and email address

• Messaging history stored on our servers

• App usage data linked to your account

• Associated user-generated content

Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained where legally required:

• Transaction records (for accounting and tax compliance)

• Payment records processed via third-party providers

• Security logs (for fraud prevention)

Retention Period:

• Financial records may be retained for up to 6–10 years in accordance with applicable tax and commercial laws.

• Security logs retained only as necessary for legal compliance.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days in accordance with the
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Important Notice

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you have active purchases or subscriptions, they must be canceled separately through Google Play.
